New Client Management Tools

We are excited to announce we've launched two big new features we think you'll love. These features make Kiip far more powerful for you and your organization.

  • Smarter Client Invites - Previously, to use Kiip with a client, you'd have to wait for them to sign up and share documents to start using their room. Now when you invite a client, a room is created, and you can begin saving their documents and communicating about their case with your team in the room's chat immediately.

  • Tracking Invite Status - You can now track the status of the clients you've invited to Kiip in your Client Directory. You will be able to see if anyone on your team has invited a client, if that client created their account, and remind them to sign up if they still need to accept their invite.

All of this results in an improved experience for your clients. As soon as a client accepts your invite to Kiip, everything you’ve added to the room will be waiting for them, including any documents you’ve uploaded and any chat messages you've sent. This makes getting started with Kiip even easier than before!
