Understanding the User Roles in Kiip

Individual users of Kiip can have two roles:

As an Individual you use Kiip to manage your personal documents. You may be applying for services (housing assistance, veterans benefits, etc), or just want a highly secure place to organize and backup your vital documents. Whatever the reason Kiip has you covered.

If you need help with your documents you can also invite an Assistant to Kiip. Assistants are trusted persons who can help you upload and manage documents. An Assistant can add and share documents from your account account on your behalf. Assistants cannot delete your documents.
