Sharing Documents and Filling out Forms

There may come a time when you need to fill out forms and share documents to verify your identity, income, nationality, or veteran status to access social services. With Kiip, you can easily interact with your case manager in a room they have created for you. 

To find the room with your case manager:

  • From your Kiip Dashboard, navigate to the left sidebar and select the organization you want to chat with. Note: If you are using a tablet or mobile device you may have to click the hamburger icon (three lines) in the top left-hand corner to reveal the sidebar.

  • Once you have selected the organization, you can see any chat messages they have sent you.

  • If they have sent you a form to fill out you can click on the form and start the process of completing that form.

  • If you need to share a document, click on the green 'Kiip Icon' on the bottom left-hand side of the screen

  • Select the document you want to share. You can select a document you've already uploaded to Kiip or add a new document from your camera roll.

That's it you've successfully shared a document with your case manager. You can also sent them a quick note to ask if they have everything they need or if there are any other documents they need.
