Uploading and sharing documents for an Individual

Uploading and sharing documents on someone's behalf is easy.

  • Click My Kiip on the left side of your dashboard (on mobile, this will be the top left menu). From the dropdown, click the name of the Individual you want to assist.

  • You will be viewing that Individual's account.

  • Click Add Document on the top right, and select the document to add. Once confirmed, that document will appear on the Individual's list of documents.

  • To share any of an Individual's documents with a Representative, check each document you want to share. Click the Share button at the bottom of the screen. Enter the email address of the Representative who will receive the documents. Once confirmed, that Representative will receive the documents you've shared with them on behalf of the Individual.

  • Individuals are able to unshare any documents that have been shared by their Assistants at any time.
